Join Cantor Sam Levine and Education Director Audrey Korelstein for an intimate discussion about how to talk to our children about God and the Bible. How do we answer their questions in a way that comports with our own beliefs and doubts? How do we balance the desire to teach them Bible stories with the desire to accurately present science and history? What is our responsibility to nurture in them a love of Torah and Judaism that works with our lifestyles? We invite parents to meet in a safe space where we can raise questions and acknowledge doubts as we search for pathways to raising thoughtful Jewish children in a complex world.

This program is open to parents of school-aged children.  Babysitting provided for this event but please rsvp to roomj@emjc.org to reserve space with the sitter.
